BUT......the best was yet to come as

BEST PUPPY IN SHOW, Winner of Purina Pro Plan Puppy Stakes (bitch) and then overall best Puppy (male & female). She now goes to the grand final of 3 puppies from each day of the show on Sunday was CLYNYMONA TAHTI - handled by Craig Norrey aged 14 years, bred by Virginia Dowty & Irma Leino and owned by Craig and Virginia.

This follows on from Tahti's recent Puppy Group 4 last week at Birmingham Ch and her litter sister Aina's Best Puppy in Show in Killarney where she qualified for Pup of the Year, and RPIS at Royal Manx
Show... just some of these two litter sister's spectacular wins in 2007, unheard of in the breed for a very long time which are really putting our breed firmly in to the limelight this year and are helping make Bombix Moren and Clynymona truly the most successful AST kennel in Europe in 2007

Grateful thanks to Irma and Bombix without whom this would not be possible.

Well done Craig and Kezza! I am so proud of you both, it is so wonderful that Marty's little girl has achieved such sucess and his little daughter too Beau!

Craig and Kerry did such a wonderful job in the puppy stakes, it was such a pleasure to watch, big hugs and kisses to you both, i have my fingers, toes, legs and arms crossed for you today, go for it and hold the flag high for Clynymona and Bombix Moren!! What a great team we all make together :family1:

Irma thank you so much for making this all possible for us, without your trust and friendship and allowing us to have such wonderful dogs from your breeding, (Marty and Euro) none of this would be happening :cheekkiss4:

On Sunday Craig and Kerry were awarded 3rd over-all in the Puppy Stakes in the final against all the other winners for the 3 days of showing. This is a fantastic achievement, and Craig and Kerry should be very proud of themselves, the competition was very high and to have reached this position at such a prestigeous Championship show is something to be very very proud of

I wish Kerry and Craig every success for the future, this is not the last you have heard of them.

Litter of Silky Terriers born in USA is going to move to Europe with their natural long tails!
It will be interesting to see how this litter will do in Europe. Both parents is out of USA's best bloodlines.
