Doris was also 4th with Topy in junior handling, congratulations!! In every way a great day: Tintti and Doris also showed two löwchens to BOS and BOB and BIG3 and then a Finnish norwich terrier to BOB and BIG4! Congratulations to the breeders, owners and handlers!

Great news about Topy, well done EVERYONE !!!! we had a good day today with Marty going BOB at the his first Ch show of 2008 at Newtownards, Ireland. He looked great and raring to go.
Little Beau did well, she is still a baby but she went very well and judge commented that she liked her a lot.

This was their first Ch show of 2oo8.

WE hope that the team :family1: will continue their winning ways at Crufts, I guess it is a little odd that we will several of our best males competing against each other there but WHAT FUN !!! I think the Open Dog class will be the biggest Silky class at Crufts.

With all these males competing in the open dog class, I am soo glad I only have bitches!!!!.
We usually have a male and female competing, and my nerves are usually shattered by the end of judging!!

BUT, we will have to wait until next year when the Inari/Cherry puppy dog (Reggie) Limartine Judged Red will have hopefully qualified

It will be great to catch up with everyone from this forum who is going to Crufts. Its a pity Linda and Kristiina can't get over, as Linda's handling is amazing. I remember her doing a handling demo at Houston she made it look so easy. I think Linda could even get Beau to behave , Tanya!!!!

Its no good though, We will have to invade the US again, this time as Europe!! :lol!:

Can't wait to see the little man Reggie out and about, with a mother and father like his, the young man is set to have a fantastic show career

Beau learning to behave that sounds like heaven!!!! I wonder if mum would buy Linda having to train her in America, as a chance to get a trip away and watch a Speciality there, worth a try don't you reckon!

Your right Lisa we really are going to have to get ourselves out there, from all you and Kristiina and Linda have said it is well worth a visit, to be able to see first hand the Silkies over there in America and to be able to put meet some of the breeders who have made it possible for the gene pool to expand here in England.
